THEORY OF A MILITARY VEHICLE WITH AN ELASTIC ENERGY ACCUMULATOR TO CONFIRM ITS MOVEMENT

Abstract
The working process of a military vehicle is accompanied by the loading of the wheel drive by the tangential force of the load, which leads to an inappropriate reaction of the tread of its tire to the reaction of the supporting surface (compression and stretching of the tire during its deformation).
The article deals with the issues of theoretical research of the mechanical system of a military vehicle with an elastic energy accumulator "car wheel-spring pusher" with the creation of scrolling of the elastic element of the movable lever using the Huygens-Steiner theorem, as well as the system of the general equation of dynamics.
The purpose of the research is to create a military vehicle with an elastic energy accumulator of the design and technological scheme, which includes an "inactive bridge" with elastic scrolling of the wheel axis and accumulation of potential energy from an additional pneumatic resistor.
The scientific and practical significance of the work lies in the fact that for the first time the theory of a military vehicle with an elastic energy storage device was proposed to confirm its movement and the technology for its implementation, in which a portion of the energy from the pneumatic resistor is introduced during the rotation of the wheels of the free axis.
The research methodology was to establish a mathematical relationship between the movable lever and the rotation of the axis from the pneumatic resistor.
The result is a developed geometry of a military vehicle with an elastic energy accumulator to confirm its operation in the cycle of the movement of the free axis with a spring accumulator "car wheel-spring pusher", which corresponds to the dip of the bearing surface between the first and third driven bridges.
The value of the conducted research, the results of the conducted work will allow to make a contribution to the automotive industry.
A model for the application of elastic energy storage in the undercarriage of a military vehicle is proposed.
