Copyright in published articles is retained by the authors. The authors grant the Military Academy (Odesa) the right of first publication of the work.

Licensing

Published articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license permits any use of the work (copying, distribution, adaptation, commercial use) provided that authorship and the source of first publication are properly attributed.

Authors' Rights

Authors retain the right to: use the article in reviews, dissertations, books, and lectures; post the electronic version of the article in institutional repositories, on personal web pages, and in scholarly social networks; make copies (including electronic copies) for personal use.

Authors' Obligations upon Reuse

Upon any reuse or redistribution of a published article, the author is obligated to cite the bibliographic data of the first publication in the Journal and the article's DOI.
