The Collected Scientific Papers of the Military Academy (Odesa) adheres to the principles of Diamond Open Access.

Free of Charge

Publication of articles is free of charge for all categories of authors. The editorial office does not charge any submission fees, review fees, or article processing charges (APC).

Free Access

All published materials are made available in open access on the publication's website immediately upon publication. Readers have free access to the full texts of all articles without registration or subscription.

Licensing

Published articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license permits any use of the work (copying, distribution, adaptation) provided that authorship and the source of first publication are properly attributed.

Copyright

Copyright in published articles is retained by the authors. The authors grant the Military Academy (Odesa) the right of first publication of the work. Authors have the right to freely distribute electronic versions of their published articles, including posting them in institutional repositories, on personal web pages, in scholarly social networks, etc., provided that the bibliographic data of the first publication in the Journal are cited.

Self-Archiving

The publication follows a "green" self-archiving policy. Authors have the right to post both the preprint (pre-review version) and the postprint (final published version, Version of Record) in any open repositories and on personal web resources, provided that the DOI and a bibliographic reference to the publication in the Journal are indicated.
