Archiving Policy

The Collected Scientific Papers of the Military Academy (Odesa) ensures the long-term preservation and accessibility of published materials.

Publication Website

The full texts of all published articles are stored on the publication's website in PDF format. Each article is accessible as an individual full-text unit with a unique URL and an assigned DOI.

Print Archive

The Journal is a print publication. Mandatory copies of each issue are submitted to library institutions in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 10 May 2002, No. 608, "On the Procedure for the Delivery of Mandatory Copies of Documents."

Digital Archiving

On the basis of an agreement concluded with the Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine, electronic versions of published materials are transmitted to the library's holdings, where some issues have already been deposited and are accessible. In addition, the editorial office is working on establishing its own repository of scholarly texts to provide additional guarantees of long-term preservation and accessibility of materials.

Identification

Each published article is assigned a digital object identifier (DOI), ensuring permanent identification and accessibility of the material regardless of possible changes to the website URL.
