The Collected Scientific Papers of the Military Academy (Odesa) does not publish advertising materials. The publication has no advertisers and receives no revenue from advertising.

Editorial decisions on the publication of materials are made solely on the basis of the scholarly quality of manuscripts and are independent of any commercial interests.
