Publication in the Journal is free of charge. The editorial office does not charge any submission fees, review fees, or article processing charges (APC) to any category of authors.

Journal Funding Sources

The Journal is published at the expense of its founder — the Military Academy (Odesa). The publication has no advertisers and receives no revenue from advertising, subscriptions, or author fees.
