Requirements for design and procedure for submitting publications

Detailed requirements for the design and procedure for submitting publications are defined in the document "Requirements for Articles", which is available for download on this page.

The document contains: an information notice about the publication; the procedure for considering and accepting an article for publication (algorithm); requirements for the content of the article; requirements for the volume and number of author's manuscripts; requirements for the design of structural elements of the article; the procedure for checking the level of uniqueness of the work; requirements for the design of formulas, tables and figures; samples of the design of the article in Ukrainian and English; a sample review; a form of consent to publication.

Submission procedure

Articles are submitted to the editorial office in electronic form to the editorial board's e-mail address This email address is being protected from spambots. Supporting documents

Together with the article, the author(s) submit the following documents:

1) Стаття, оформлена згідно з requirements of the Collection, in docx format.

2) Review of a scientific article signed by a doctor or candidate of sciences at the reviewer's place of work (is of a recommendatory nature; independent double-anonymized review is carried out separately by the editorial office). If the author or one of the authors is a doctor of sciences, review is not required.

3) Consent to publication and disclosure personal data.

4) Declaration of author's contributions according to the CRediT taxonomy (in case of submitting a co-authored article).

5) Statement of absence the materials of the article contain information classified as a state secret.

6) Declaration of the author(s), containing: a statement about the originality of the work and the absence of its simultaneous consideration in another publication; a statement about the non-use of artificial intelligence tools to generate the scientific content of the article (or disclosure of information about the nature and scope of the use of AI); a statement about compliance with the requirements of the Collection and national legislation, in particular regarding the prohibition of using sources of the aggressor state; a statement about the absence of a conflict of interest (or disclosure of an existing conflict of interest).

The editorial board of the Collection, within the framework of the transparency policy, publishes the following accompanying materials along with the article: declaration of author contributions (CRediT taxonomy); declaration of the author (originality, AI, compliance with requirements, conflict of interest). The content of the materials provided by the authors may be published on the Collection website.

Articles that do not meet any of the listed requirements will not be accepted for publication.
