Formatting Requirements

Detailed formatting requirements and the submission procedure are set out in the document "Article Requirements," available for download on this page.

The document contains: an information notice about the publication; the procedure for reviewing and accepting an article for publication (algorithm); requirements for article content; requirements for the length and number of author manuscripts; requirements for formatting structural elements of the article; the procedure for verifying the originality of the work; requirements for formatting formulas, tables, and figures; sample articles formatted in Ukrainian and English; a sample review; a consent-to-publish form.

Submission Procedure

Articles are submitted to the editorial office electronically via the editorial board's email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. , or delivered in person by the author on an electronic storage medium.

Accompanying Documents

Together with the article, the author(s) shall submit the following documents:

  1. The article, formatted in accordance with the Journal's requirements, in docx format.
  2. A review of the scholarly article, signed by a Doctor of Sciences or a Candidate of Sciences at the reviewer's place of employment (advisory in nature; independent double-anonymized peer review is conducted separately by the editorial office). If the author or one of the authors holds a Doctor of Sciences degree, the review is not required.
  3. Consent to publication and disclosure of personal data.
  4. A declaration of author contributions in accordance with the CRediT taxonomy (required for co-authored articles).
  5. A statement confirming that the article contains no information classified as a state secret.
  6. An author declaration containing: a statement of originality of the work and confirmation that it is not simultaneously under consideration by another publication; a statement that artificial intelligence tools were not used to generate the scholarly content of the article (or disclosure of the nature and extent of AI use); a statement of compliance with the Journal's requirements and national legislation, including the prohibition on using sources from the aggressor state; a statement on the absence of a conflict of interest (or disclosure of any existing conflict of interest).

As part of its transparency policy, the Journal's editorial office publishes the following accompanying materials together with the article: the declaration of author contributions (CRediT taxonomy); the author declaration (originality, AI, compliance, conflict of interest). The content of the materials provided by the authors may be made publicly available on the Journal's website.

Articles that do not comply with any of the above requirements will not be accepted for publication.
