Abstract
The movement of a truck from a standstill is accompanied by its loading by gravitational force in the area of the spot of contact with the supporting surface, which can lead to uneven rotation of the tire on the supporting surface during its deformation, as well as a decrease in the power transmitted to the wheel drives of the car. The article deals with the research of the theoretical prerequisites for the development of a two-mass car and elements of the theory of a truck with an internally built-in mechanism for improving movement in difficult operating conditions.
The purpose of the research is to improve the technological scheme of a truck with a mechanism built into its structure, which alternately loads the cargo platform with an amplitude and frequency that allows the energy of the exhaust gases to be transferred to the running system.
The scientific and practical direction of the work consists in the fact that for the first time the technology was applied in which the cargo part of the truck is connected to the undercarriage elastically, due to which the law of energy accumulation is applied, and this allows a more expedient approach to the consideration of the implementation of the torque on the wheel drive.
The methodology of the research was the mathematical determination of the amount of additional force, which is formed when the moving platform is loaded with amplitude and frequency, and this provides an opportunity to significantly increase the mobility of the car.
The result of the research is the construction of a truck, the chassis and cargo box of which are separated by elastic elements that are loaded by the amplitude and frequency of oscillations.
While working on the article, the theoretical prerequisites for the development of a two-mass car theoretically developed a truck and theory for its implementation.
Keywords: amplitude, frequency, two-mass structure, cargo box, chassis.
